1. Return Eligibility
Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, contact support@hojohnson.com with your order number.
2. Refund Conditions
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Custom Items
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving production.
4. Defects & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Processing Timelines
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. Bank or card processing times may add additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
