Shipping Policy

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders begin processing once the digital proof is approved by the customer.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the product and current studio volume. We'll notify you once your item moves into production and again when it ships.

We ship via tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and product).

• Domestic Standard (US): 3–6 business days after shipping
• Domestic Expedited (US): 2–3 business days after shipping
• International: 7–21 business days, varies by destination

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or weather.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our studio. If you have not received tracking after 10 business days, please email support@hojohnson.com.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
